You would be correct Gry Gry if this translation is correct
gry-gry a écrit:What I understand is that is not a fault but a real sots made in the same chain that the official but not declared in the factory The operators made for exempl 1030 Apple Car ensteed of 1000 and this for all the cars in the Sots. Not specially a fault just over production

You had to call me names on takefiveaday and now here. You started bulls*** with Julia and me about shipping prices and Julia canceled your brothers deal because your a FOOL and wont shut up.
Everyone on takefiveaday will know that you are a jerk and cant stop running your mouth
You of all people living in Italy should have respect for others. you cannot even spell screen names correctly.
Can some please ban this person?

mavatteloapiglia’nelculodemente roughly translates too:
“a** mind”, or perhaps “butt head”?
Nice… shows respect for other takefiveaday members

you wrote this to my brother:
My post office lady said that ITALY only allows wooden toys, and no offense, to you in any way, but she said that customs are taking boxes without any tracking numbers and just keep them for themselves
i’ve received a lot of things wuth (oh sorry..WITH) First Class and i will never open a dispute with Paypal against a member of OUR Take5 in the case that a package will be lost..I should be an idiot and dishonest..But you think so,as your post office Lady..and i’m disappointed…the dishonest are in all the world, not only in Italy..that’s all..

For the record Luca –
Oliversmom is correct. There are strict restrictions on toys being imported into Italy. Only wooden toys are allowable per Italy’s guidelines.
Does that mean that you haven’t received oodles of cars from folks on here? No. I’m sure customs doesn’t check everything and even if they did find die-cast toys in the package, they may let it slide.
Does that mean that folks might not want to ship to you for fear that the cars would be confiscated by your customs folks? Absolutely. You are fortunate that many folks on here are willing to disregard the customs regulations and ship you cars anyway. You are also fortunate that you actually received those cars (again based on the import laws for Italy). Certainly you should not call out one person for not shipping when the post office told them they are disallowed items. It isn’t the fault of folks in North America that Italy has such silly restrictions.

Eric is 100% correct — I turned off Italy on my eBay listings — too many lost packages / slow receiving time / packages actually being returned to me 4 months later. If I do ship there anymore, it’s only via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

My friend!
I am just following recommendations that I have been given. I even offered to send it to M. and she can ship it anyway she wants. None of my responsibilities from that point on. I think that I was as fair as I could.
But since you cannot even respect peoples screen names and the time and trouble others go to to get people overseas things they want, then I believe it would be appropriate to simply CANCEL the deal.
Please again pass to your brother my sincere apologies.
And have a good day!
